As the President and founder of Legacy Commercial Realty, LLC., Joe brings over a decade of proven experience in the Dallas/Fort Worth commercial real estate marketplace.

Prior to founding Legacy Commercial Realty, LLC., Joe worked in the capacity of a Senior Vice President for Texas real estate powerhouse The Weitzman Group in that firm's specialized Corporate Services Division for over 10 years. In that capacity, he was a consistent top producer in the company earning awards and recognition.

Joe has represented numerous companies over his many years of real estate brokerage including some of the most prestigious law firms, engineers, physicians, dentists, financial planners and international companies in the metroplex.

Joe is a specialist in professional and healthcare representation, where his keen ability to listen well and negotiate aggressively for his clients results in some of the strongest transactions in the marketplace. Joe's passion for negotiating the right deal and serving the client's best interests insure that results are delivered.

Joe's ability to incorporate aggressive marketing and to leverage a project's positive traits has consistently produced results and opportunities for the projects that he takes on. Bringing a personality and a focus to his listings, Joe puts the owners and developers that he represents in a position to achieve success.

Prior to pursuing a career in commercial real estate, Joe was a Territory Manager for the Orthopedic Division of Smith & Nephew, Inc. where he was the top producer in the North Texas Region.

Joe was a member of the very prestigious President's Circle at the Weitzman Group which is an honor that is bestowed upon the top producing real estate brokers in Weitzman's statewide organization. Joe also received recognition and awards that included The Breakout Award, which acknowledges production figures that double a previous year's production, and had received awards for top production and most sales statewide.

Joe has also been selected by the Dallas Business Journal as a "Heavy Hitter" which recognizes the top brokers in the DFW area that exhibit excellence in corporate real estate.


Education:

Joe received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in Psychology/Biology, and is pursuing his MBA at Southern Methodist University with an emphasis on marketing.

Professional Background
Sandy Bardes brings to Legacy Commercial Realty 40 years of commercial real estate leasing and marketing experience.

For the past 30 years Sandy has served in executive management positions including ownership of his own development firm. He has implemented, managed and directed project, regional and national leasing programs for several of the nation's leading development firms including Hines Interests of Houston and Metropolitan Structures of Chicago.

Sandy has been responsible for successful leasing programs of 20+ million square feet of commercial space that encompassed major projects in 32 cities, covering 21 states, representing approximately $6 billion dollars in asset development.

He has managed and leased medical properties exceeding 1.2 million square feet for private and institutional owners. Sandy served as a Regional Director for Healthcare REIT, the largest medical real estate investment trust in the country. He has also provided Third-Party Management and Leasing for 2.1 Million square feet of commercial real estate.

Sandy was also a partner with a "Big 6" accounting firm where he was responsible for a national property tax practice servicing 26 cities. He has extensive experience in pre-leasing, strategic planning, new business development and market/site analysis.

Sandy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management/Marketing from Baptist Christian College and holds a Real Estate Broker's License. Throughout his career he has been an active member of NTCAR, NAREIT, IDRC, BOMA, ULI, NAIOP, IREM, NACORE, ICSC and a national guest speaker and real estate school faculty member.

In the capacity of an Assistant Vice President with Legacy's office brokerage team, Matt represents some of the most successful professionals and companies in the market assisting them with location and negotiation of their real estate.

In addition to the Tenants and Buyers that Matt represents in the market, he is also a trusted resource for some of the most savvy real estate developers and owners in the region who leverage his enthusiasm and keen ability to bring deals together. He is an expert in the markets he serves and his work ethic delivers consistently. Bringing the right pieces of the puzzle together is what sets Matt apart.

Matt's attention to detail and his background as an owner of his own IT Consulting Firm, Ducemus Inc., put him in a unique position to understand and relate to the important needs of the clients he serves.

Matt graduated from Texas Tech University and lives in Frisco, Texas with his lovely wife and four remarkable children where he coaches and is involved in their educational and athletic endeavors.
