Joe Martinez
President
Joe Martinez is the President and Founder of Legacy Commercial Realty. Joe brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. He’s represented some of the most successful owners, tenants and developers in the marketplace. Joe’s energy, passion and focus are the traits that clients mention first after their experience with LCR.
Joe is married to Maria and has two sons, Austin and Grant. He enjoys all things outdoors and spending time with his family is a top priority. Skiing, hunting, and traveling are just a few things that Joe cherishes.
Joe received his undergraduate degree at University of Texas at Arlington and pursued advanced MBA studies at Southern Methodist University focusing in marketing.
While Joe enjoys nothing more than bringing winning deals together for his clients, he is focused on relationships, as those have been the cornerstone of his and Legacy Commercial Realty’s success.

Tito Martinez
Vice President
Tito Martinez is a Vice President with the Legacy Commercial Realty Team and brings a passion for connecting deals and meeting client’s needs by bringing the core competencies to the forefront. Tito listens and focuses on making his client’s goals his top priority through a consultative approach.
Tito graduated from Texas Christian University from the Neely School of Business with a Degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and brings today’s technology and resources to his role which expands the reach and scope of the specialized services that LCR is known for.
Tito has grown up in this business and is eager to serve and fight to secure the right relationships and terms that will result in winning transactions for all involved.
Tito is an avid sportsman and likes to spend time with his family and friends in a multitude of outdoor and fitness endeavors including hunting, skiing, weightlifting and golf. Tito’s secret weapon is his knowledge of the Culinary Arts! He is an amazing cook and loves to prepare homemade healthy meals.

Ashley O’Hagan
Business Manager
Ashley O’Hagan is the business manager at Legacy Commercial Realty. Ashley works closely with our entire team helping to deliver an exceptional level of service to clients. She also assists in the creation of marketing materials that reinforce the Legacy Commercial Realty brand by writing and editing content.
Ashley graduated from Texas Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in both International Business and Spanish.
Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband, Kevin, their daughter, Amanda, their son, Owen, their dog, Chase, and their cat, Gracie. Aside from her passion for commercial real estate, Ashley loves dancing, teaching dance, trying new restaurants, hiking, running, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Ansley Stringer
Operations Director
Ansley Stringer serves as the Operations Director for Legacy Commercial Realty, bringing a wealth of experience in residential building administration, new home sales, accounting, and customer service. Known for her keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, Ansley ensures smooth business operations and supports the success of both the team and clients.
After spending two years at Baylor University, she completed her degree at Texas Woman’s University with a major in Marketing. With the ever changing world of business, she works to blend efficiency and modern business practices with a commitment to excellent client service.
Beyond work, Ansley enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and two dogs. Passionate about photography, homeschooling, and outdoor activities like hunting, Ansley thrives on balancing professional responsibilities with a vibrant family life.

Brian Gates
Vice President
Brian Gates is the Vice President at Legacy Commercial Realty. Brian works closely with the team to help with lead generation and lead management. He also assists as licensed agent working alongside Joe & Tito.
Brian graduated from Texas Christian University with a degree in Real Estate Finance and a Philosophy Minor.
Originally from New Jersey, Brian has adapted well to the Texas move years ago and is an avid fan of fitness, hunting, fishing, and all things sports.
